West Red Mountain Ranch is a sustainable mountain ranching operation with free water flowing from the Ohio Creek Valley mountains every year together with high mountain pasture to graze cattle. West Red Mountain Ranch consists of 1280 +/- acres and represents a drought proof fourth-generation cattle ranching operation that has sustained the family for 70+ years. The home ranch consists of nearly 1000 acres of deeded land located in the Ohio Creek Valley north of Gunnison together with 280 acres of mountain hunting lands adjoining the ranches 345 head grazing allotment at the headwaters of Carbon Creek. The mountain hunting land offers hunting for trophy deer, elk and black bear.
