When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name and email address, and information about properties you are listing, if applicable. You agree that the profile and property information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. RANCHWEB controls and operates the Site from its offices in the United States of America. RANCHWEB does not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.
