This 2729 acre deeded ranch up Owl Creek Road consists of three non-contiguous parcels within a 3621 acre BLM allotment (No. 00607). The topography varies from lush creek bottoms and rolling grassy hills to steep canyons and cliffs with the majority of it being rolling grassland. Elevation ranges from 6300' up to 7550'. This ranch is very secluded and in a very natural state. Cottonwood Creek and Lake Creek flow year-round and there are several artesian seeps along Spring Creek which could be enhanced for additional water.
