There are two large ridges or hilltops in the northwest and southwest corners of the property. Elevation changes up to 122 feet from the center of the property to the top of the hills. These high bluffs yield exceptional views of the ranch below, as well as the entire southern portion of Throckmorton County.
Wildlife/ Hunting: Whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, quail, dove, feral hogs, and varmints such as coyotes and bobcats can be found on the property.
