RANCHWEB, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION (“RANCHWEB“), OWNS AND OPERATES THIS WEBSITE (THE “SITE”). THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS AND CONDITIONS”) GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE SITE. It is RANCHWEB’s policy to terminate the use rights of anyone who violates these important prohibitions.
Accounts
To access some features of the Site, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide us with some information about yourself, such as your name and email address, and information about properties you are listing, if applicable. You agree that the profile and property information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. You understand and agree that as part of the registration process we may use this information to verify your eligibility to use the Site. When you register, you will be asked to provide a password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and you accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. General Terms
RANCHWEB reserves the right to terminate these Terms and Conditions at any time for any reason whatsoever and to revoke your access to the Site and the content without prior notice to you.
RANCHWEB controls and operates the Site from its offices in the United States of America. RANCHWEB does not represent that materials on the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Persons who choose to access the Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
Any claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions will be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in San Francisco, California. Either party may seek equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction. This provision will survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms and Conditions will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and RANCHWEB and supersede all proposals and other communications made between the parties, whether written or oral.
