The famous trail is known as the Nez Perce (Nimíipuu or Nee-Me-Poo) National Historic Trail. She enjoys the rugged mountains surrounding her home and enjoys the scenery and the wildlife and capturing the scenes with her camera. She enjoys ATVing in the back country. Rita is a board member on the New Mount Carmel Foundation in Meeteese, Wyoming.
